Fabbri Boots strives to ensure that you enjoy the products that you purchase. Should you not be satisfied with you purchase Fabbri Boots welcomes your return.
Returns and merchandise exchanges are valid within thirty-days of purchase. All returned and/or exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by the sales receipt and all original packaging.
Fabbri Boots will gladly authorize return or exchange of unused products within 30 days of receipt of your order. The product must accompany a receipt.

All returns must be clean
All custom products are non refundable
6 month guarantee on zippers, leather and soles
Please note, guarantee will not be upheld on boots that have been used with any form of sticky spray products or boots that show extreme wear
Clearance, permanently marked down, custom ordered or consignment merchandise is non-returnable.
Cash refunds over $25 will be issued by company check within 10 business days

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BOOTS
To clean your boots, prepare a mixture using water and two drops of lemon and, through a soft and carefully squeezed sponge , remove gently the soil.
When your boots will be dry, apply the Fabbri cream, specific for our leather, furnished in the box together with our MTM items.
